I’ve been in the executive search business since matriculating at Northwestern University, where I majored in economics and political science. I initially worked with a boutique accounting and finance search firm in Chicago, when I was recruited by a nationwide recruiting firm, Romac & Associates/KForce to join their banking practice. After 5 years with Romac, I joined Terry Murphy at another local recruiting firm for 1½ years before establishing Executive Pro Search with him in 1994. I have a long track record of working with leveraged finance, investment banking, private equity and commercial banking professionals. I have served as a trusted business advisor to both start-up and established companies throughout my career, and have provided invaluable counsel to thousands of prospects and clients. My experience spans senior and mid-level placements to the analyst and associate levels.
I am vice president of the Ponds Home Owners Association, a past board director and special events chair and membership co-chair of the Young Executives Club of Chicago, and a past board member of Urban Initiatives. I enjoy golf, hockey, skiing, and paddle tennis and can often be seen coaching my son in various sports.
